No, to sell to the general public or at a farmer's market, licence and insurance is not required. But in order for us to sell to restaurants and retailers, we have to be licensed and bonded. Which we are, also we are a licensed dealer in agriculture products by the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services. And a licence holder in Okaloosa County Florida.
